This guarantee of check(s) is for the purpose of our customer’s purchase of personal property at the Auction of Yingling Trust held on July 13, 2013 in Newark Valley, NY, conducted by Charlie Manasse, Auctioneer.

  All property sells “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”. This is a liquidation of Taylor Mfg. Co., a manufacturer of seal-cote machines and asphalt related equipment.
